Calling all health equity advocates, we are thrilled to invite you to the Fall 2024 Equity and Engagement Cafe: "Health is Wealth," a premier networking event aimed at fostering discussions on health equity within the Greater Nashville area. This interactive event will take place on Monday, October 14, 2024, at The Henry A. Moses PHD Alumni Hall at Meharry Medical College.
The event will kick off with a networking session from 4:00PM to 5:00PM, followed by the main program from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with community leaders, healthcare professionals, researchers, faculty, and students--all committed to advancing health equity. This event will be a fantastic opportunity to:
Network: Meet other professionals concerned with health equity, share best practices, and explore potential collaborations.
Learn: Hear featured speakers present on topics related to the burdens, barriers, and challenges of overcoming health disparities associated with economic status in under-resourced populations.
Celebrate Success: Be inspired by the incredible work that leaders, advocates, and researchers are doing in our community.
