Nicolette Thayer is a Program Manager for Community Engagement, at the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance. In her role, she develops strategic partnerships across Meharry, Vanderbilt, and community organizations. Through these partnerships, Nicolette looks to aid in the elimination of health disparities and the promotion of health equity.

Nicolette completed her graduate studies at Lipscomb University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Sustainability.

Before joining the MVA, she has held roles in digital marketing, operations, and sales development in the higher education and healthcare technology fields. Nicolette is looking forward to combining her experience and passion in relationship building to serve the greater community.
