The Advancing the Science of Community Engaged Research (CEnR) Conference convened researchers and community stakeholders in 2016 and 2017 to advance knowledge of the innovative methods and promising practices being used in the rapidly developing field of community engaged research. Learning labs provided “how to” opportunities for small group learning on specific issues and practices and think tanks advanced discussion and problem-solving for issues that can impede or accelerate community engaged research.
