Patient-Centered Outcomes Research and Comparative Effectiveness Research scheduled for Jan. 27

NASHVILLE, Tenn. On Wednesday, Jan. 27, the Meharry Clinical and Translational Research Center (MeTRC) will present "Patient-Centered Outcomes Research and Comparative Effectiveness Research" at the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance. Douglas Landsittel, PhD, will be the featured speaker.

The session is scheduled from noon until 1:30 p.m. in Conference Room B. Lunch will be provided for the first 30 attendees.

Landsittel, from the University of Pennsylvania, is Professor of Medicine, Biostatistics, Clinical and Translational Science; Director of Biostatistics; and Starzl Transplant Institute Chief, Section onBiomarkers and Prediction Modeling.

The session is sponsored by the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD) and the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance.
