NASHVILLE, Tenn. On Day 3 of Inauguration Week (Tuesday, April 12), Meharry Medical College celebrated Student Research Day with poster presentations and a series of lectures from Northwestern University Assistant Professor Harry E. Taylor, PhD; Senior Servant and Founder of the Metropolitan Interdenominational Church Rev. Dr. Edwin Sanders; and MMC President and CEO James E.K. Hildreth, PhD, MD.

President Hildreth discussed AIDS and HIV research in his talk, "HIV Pathogenesis: Subversive Strategies for Immune Evasion."
